Your order usually ships in one or two business days. We will be sure to inform you if an item will take longer for any reason.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
All US orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on weight and size) for a flat $5 shipping fee.
For orders from Canada, you will be charged a flat $20 shipping fee. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not collect GST, PST, or HST. All shipments to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International to avoid the brokerage fees charged by third-party carriers.
For orders outside the US and Canada, you will be charged the USPS Priority Mail International rate based on the weight of the shipment. The shipping amount will be calculated for you during the checkout process.
If the merchandise you received is in any way defective, you may return it for a full refund at any time.
For full price merchandise, if it isn't defective but it doesn't fit or you decide that it isn't what you were looking for, we ask that you return it within 30 days in unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
All sales of discounted merchandise are final.
In either case, we would appreciate it if you would write to us at returns@inlandclothing.com to let us know what you are returning and why.
